The Caps scored just three goals with the two-man advantage last year, and none at four-on-three.
Of course, some of that comes down to a lack of opportunities. The Caps went on the power play just 237 times last season, 24th in the League, with 12 five-on-three chances, four at four-on-three… and exactly zero in overtime.
