27 - Jay Beagle’s career-high point total so far this season (12 goals, 15 assists), the fourth-highest point total in the League for a player without a single power-play point (trailing Michael Grabner’s 39, Andrew Cogliano’s 31 and old pal Jason Chimera’s 28). Three of Beagle’s points (a goal and two assists) have come shorthanded, leaving him with the eighth-most even-strength points among Caps forwards and an impressive 1.84 points-per-60 at five-on-five, good for 87th in the NHL among skaters with 500 or more minutes played at five-a-side.
