Japers’ Rink Radio Episode 32: Alan May Talks Systems

Adam Stringham and Rob Parker were joined by Alan May, CSN Mid Atlantic analyst, to discuss the systems the Capitals employ and whether they best utilize the talent on the roster.

We also discuss: the Capitals “prevent” defense when they are holding a lead, what went wrong when the team went 26 minutes without registering a shot against the Bruins, Tom Wilson’s stunted growth, and Burakovsky’s overall lack of creativity.

May played 345 games as a member of the Washington Capitals between the 1990 season and 1994.
