Today's Number looks at the Capitals' woeful goal differential
Today's Noon Number: -13 - Caps' League-worst goal differential, and the worst ten-game goal differential for the team since a minus-16 stretch in December, 2011 that included the first four games of Dale Hunter's tenure behind the bench and the last six games of Bruce Boudreau's. Prior to that December 2011 span, the two previous times the Caps were as badly outscored over ten games were December 2010 (including the eight-game losing streak) and November 2007 (Boudreau's first game and Glen Hanlon's last nine).
