I’m looking forward to the after after after party, but I’ll have to drop my kids off at Sunday School first.

Don’t go Liz Lemon, there’s still the after after after after after party! I just gotta take my kids to soccer first!

even though i live in baltimore, it took a trip to iron horse in DC to discover loose cannon IPA. awesome beer.
This time you can find out how it tastes, as opposed to how it looks spilled on your shirt.

I don’t even know if I’m going to the convention yet. I guess this is extra incentive to go.

Yes, but if you’re at the after-party, we won’t really care if you were at the con. What are we gonna do, critique J.P.’s panel?

Tease: there may be a panel of sorts at the after party…

was audio or video of last year’s panels ever made available online, do you know?
by Natty Bumppo on Sep 23, 2010 3:18 PM EDT up reply actions
No. The team understandably isn’t/wasn’t into putting a lot of the content online because it devalues the event itself (i.e. why buy a ticket when you can get the content for free online).

I’m either bored or I read that as ish getting real.

I have to work all day, so I’ll miss the convention. Boozing with a bunch of hockey fans will at least give me something to look forward to.
Any word on whether Iron Horse brought bubble hockey back?

At least temporarily… apparently it wasn’t getting enough use so they replaced it with something. Admittedly, I pretty much only go there during hockey season, so maybe it will return when the Caps return to Seventh Street.

Hopefully they replaced it with a foos table.

That’s just wrong. It’s what people that can’t play foos tell themselves to feel better about their lack of skills. Super Chexx : Foos :: Checkers : Chess.

Lemme guess. You’re the guy that complains that the guy with the long stick in the corner isn’t strong on the puck. Typical foos junkie. No appreciation for the nuances of the game.

Delirium Tremens Drinking Contest
Who’s with me?
'Cause the end of what it was is what it is right now...
Hope you’ll wear a personally important jersey that someone can steal.

No, it walked away on that girl. ;)
My Chimera jersey, on the other hand…
'Cause the end of what it was is what it is right now...
Oh right… hard to remember the details of my nights at Iron Horse.
Thus my excitement for this event!
