The time has come once more to wade into the murky and yet generally never-boring waters of the Capitals-Penguins rivalry. After the Caps repaid an early-season shellacking with one of their own about a month ago, the two teams have seemingly gone in different directions…but a recent tiny surge by the Pens and a tinier slump by the Caps makes tonight’s game somehow relevant.
