Plus: Time and time again, this Capitals team has shown a resilience that they just didn’t have last season, and it was on display aplenty in this one, whether it was coming back from a 2-0 deficit or helping Charlie Lindgren shake off a potentially devastating own-goal.
Minus: That Lindgren own-goal was one of the worst things ever seen in a Capitals (regular-season) game. Thankfully it wasn’t the game-winner, because…yeah, that’s going to sting for a while. Poor Chuck.
