Capitals vs. Kraken Game Thread

The Caps grabbed two points off of a visiting Western Conference foe back on Sunday; they’ll look to do that again tonight, as they take on the red-hot Kraken, who ride into DC on a seven-game winning streak.

First, some admin stuff:

As always seems to be the case these days, a lot of unknowns around the Caps lineup tonight. Because of all of this:

Alex Ovechkin (lower body) and Tom Wilson (broken nose) will be "true game-time decisions", according to coach Spencer Carbery.

Carbery said Ovechkin will take warmups. Wasn't sure if Wilson will take warmup. Carbery said Wilson decision will be based on "facial comfort."

Alex Alexeyev and Matthew Phillips are taking the scratches skate. Would expect Hendrix Lapierre to go in if Ovechkin or Wilson can’t play. Up in the air what would happen if they both can’t go
