Capitals vs. Hurricanes: Round 2 Game 4 Thread

Right this way to your Caps-Canes Game 4 open thread…

Game 3 in Raleigh was a good one for the Caps…until it wasn’t. Now they find themselves once again needing to snag a win just to stay even in the series (and avoid the potential elimination game back in DC on Thursday). To do so, they’ll need to bring the energy and the game plan from the first half of last game, but keep it rolling for 60 minutes (and getting better efforts from some of their biggest names wouldn’t hurt).

First, some admin stuff for Game 4:

  • Where: Lenovo Center
  • When: 7:00 p.m.
  • How to Watch: TNT, truTV, Max
  • How to Listen: 106.7, Capitals Radio 24/7

Looks like Ryan Leonard makes his return to the lineup tonight, so barring any other changes, here’s how the lines will likely shake out:

Ovechkin – Strome – Protas
McMichael – Dubois – Wilson
Mangiapane – Eller – Leonard
Duhaime – Dowd – Beauvillier

Chychrun – Carlson
Sandin – Roy
