We’ve reached the point in the season – and in the Caps’ hypothetical playoff push – where the boys from DC have the chance to play spoiler to some other postseason hopefuls. Tonight’s opponent, the Golden Knights, is currently clinging to the third-place spot in the Pacific Division…but just three points ahead of the LA Kings, with LA holding a game in hand, and Vegas having won just three of their last ten games. Seems like the perfect opportunity for the Caps to come in and beat the house, no?
