Tuesday night’s game didn’t go quite as planned, as the Caps saw their offense dry up and their 16-game (!) point streak at home come to an end. They’ll have a chance to start a new one tonight when they play host to the Blues – a team fresh off their own offensive explosion a couple of nights ago and, like the Caps’ last opponent, right in the thick of the Western Conference wild card race.
