November didn’t start out much better for the Caps than October ended, although at least a) the Caps scored more than one (1) goal in their first game of the month and b) they did manage to scrape out a point with a better all-around effort.
Now they kick off yet another back-to-back set, hosting the Blues before opening a four-game road trip tomorrow in Pittsburgh. No need to look past tonight’s opponent just yet, though, as they face a St. Louis team fresh off a Monday night win over the Oilers that snapped a seven-game losing streak.
