Thursday night, the Caps scrapped out a gutsy win against Seattle and picked up a very important two points. Now they head to Vancouver to face the Western Conference-leading Canucks with the goal of adding two more to their total.

First, some admin stuff:

  • Who: Capitals @ Canucks
  • Where: Rogers Place
  • When: 10:00 p.m.
  • How to Watch: Monumental2
  • How to Listen: 106.7, Capitals Radio 24/7

Given the win, it’s likely the lines look the same as they did on Thursday…although T.J. Oshie, on the cusp of his 1000th game, left morning skate and is now a gametime decision with an upper-body injury. On TJ1K day, no less.

But we’ll keep a positive thought for Teej and hope he pulls through for this very special milestone, which means the lines could look like this:

Ovechkin – McMichael – Oshie
Miroshnichenko -Strome – Wilson
Pacioretty – Lapierre – Milano
Malenstyn – Dowd – Protas

Fehervary – Carlson
Sandin – Jensen
Alexeyev – van Riemsdyk

Lindgren
Kuemper

Time for the games to begin…are you ready for it? Let’s go, babes!
