.778 - The Caps’ points percentage with at least three days off in the post-Barry Trotz era (2018-19 to present). Over the past three seasons, the Caps have gone 14-4-0 overall on 3+ days of rest, which breaks out to a nice even split of 7-2-0 on three days of rest and 7-2-0 on four days.

Their .778 points percentage with four days’ rest is tied with Vancouver for the best mark in the league (the Canucks are 6-1-2 over that span), and .778 on three days’ rest trails only Dallas (1.000, 5-0-0) and Vancouver (.786, 5-1-1) and is tied with Minnesota (also 7-2-0).
