A look at how long it’s been since the Caps have played a game like tonight’s

550 - Number of consecutive regular-season games the Capitals have played with at least one of Alex Ovechkin, Evgeny Kuznetsov or Dmitry Orlov in the lineup, dating back to their last game without any of the trio on November 2, 2013. In fact, over Orlov’s games-played streak, which will end at 401, the Caps have had at least two of the three in the lineup.

The Caps, of course, will be without those three Russians (as well as Ilya Samsonov) for at least the next four games in the wake of the team’s violation of League COVID-19 protocols.

Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the Caps have won the last three games they’ve played without Ovechkin, Kuznetsov and Orlov, so there’s that.
