Vrana has racked up 11 points – eight goals and three assists – over the course of that nine-game run, tying him with Alex Ovechkin for the team lead in January. His eight goals are tied with David Pastrnak and Auston Matthews for the third-most since the start of January (Ovechkin and Chicago’s Dominik Kubalik lead the way with 10 apiece).
And don’t look now, but with 23 goals on the season, he’s just one shy of his career-high (and five short of his best point total)… with 32 games to go.
