A look at some astounding offense from #92 in red

NHL: Stanley Cup Final-Vegas Golden Knights at Washington Capitals Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports

12 - Number of players in NHL history who have earned four assists in a Stanley Cup Final game, a group which now includes the Caps’ own Evgeny Kuznetsov. He’s the first forward to accomplish that feat since Joe Sakic picked up four assists back in the 1996 Final.

Thanks to his four-helper night last night, Kuznetsov is also now up to 31 points on the postseason, tied for the eighth-most all time (with between one and three games remaining) and the second-most since 2000, drawing into a tie with Sidney Crosby’s 2009 total and trailing only Evgeni Malkin (36 in that same 2009 run).
