- The next order of business was the tendering of qualifying offers to the eligible RFAs. Tom Wilson, Madison Bowey, Travis Boyd, Liam O’Brien, and Riley Barber each received a QO. Devante Smith-Pelly did not, which makes him a unrestricted free agent as of July 1.
