1 - Number of shots on net for Vegas during their extended five-on-three power play Wednesday night. The Golden Knights enjoyed a two-man advantage lasting 1:08 in the opening five minutes of the third period in Game 2, but only managed to get one shot through to Braden Holtby (and none past him) over that span.

All told, the Caps spent 2:52 of the period’s first five minutes down at least a man with no damage done. Both Matt Niskanen and Brooks Orpik skated 2:19 of that 2:52 to help preserve the lead (h/t Ben Raby).
