January wasn’t without its struggles from a pledge standpoint… a short month with lots of long breaks and just ten games in the book, one might expect the totals to be less than stellar.
Well, we’re proud to say that you all stepped up to close the gap and because of that we’ve raised just over $1000 for the Thrive DC!! Thank you to all who participated, as always – it’s because of you guys that we’re able to turn Caps points and wins into legitimate cash for worthy causes, and it’s greatly appreciated.
Did you make a pledge? If so, check the final scorecard to find out how much you owe (and if you notice any discrepancies, please let us know – some of you went extra creative this month, so please be sure to double-check the math!).
Payments should be submitted via Paypal here*; please include the name listed on the spreadsheet in the notes when sending payment.

Pledges for February are now open!
This month, in honor of “Hockey is for Everyone” month, we’re sending all contributions to Fort Dupont Ice Arena – the only public indoor ice arena in DC, whose goal is to provide increased opportunity, education, and inspiration to the young people of Washington, DC and the surrounding area through ice skating and educational activities. In order to qualify for February pledges, please (try) to have them in by Monday, February 5… although of course as always we will take your money and give it to a charity whenever you make the pledge because we’re not crazy 😉
