The All-Star festivities kick off this evening at AMALIE Arena in Tampa, as Braden Holtby and Alex Ovechkin join their Metropolitan Division compatriots in a new-look battle of skills against the rest of the League.

Players from each of the four divisions will take part in six contests –
Metropolitan Division captain Alex Ovechkin will be participating in the Hardest Shot competition and as a shooter in the Save Streak competition, while Braden Holtby will be… a spectator like the rest of us, apparently.
