It was a sleepy start to the second period. There was a bit of a ruckus mid-way through involving what Pierre called the “Mayhem Makers” — Tom Wilson and Jay Beagle. Things got interesting late as the Caps answered with two goals after the Bruins tied the game. Caps up, 3-1.
