...the number of goals given up by the Capitals in overtime last season, second-fewest in the League (the Rangers, Flames and Avalanche each gave up just two overtime goals). The Caps only had 11 games finish in overtime (with another seven going to a shootout); their winning percentage in those overtime games was a fourth-best 72.7%, behind LA (12-4, 75%), Colorado (7-2, 77.8%) and Calgary (9-2, 81.8%).
