JRR Episode 17: Low-To-High and Offensive Efficency

If you’ve been reading the Rink over the last couple of years, or even just this week, you know that the Capitals utilize a low-to-high system to create their offense. Ryan Stimson recently wrote an article for Hockey Graphs, Tactalytics: Using Data to Inform Tactical Offensive Zone Decisions, that breaks down the merits of a couple of different in-zone systems.

On Thursday night Ryan joined Adam Stringham to discuss how low-to-high works and whether it’s an efficient way to score goals.
