A look at some reason for hope ahead of tonight's game

1 - Number of losses for Braden Holtby in games following a loss this year, going 15-0-1 overall and posting a 1.76 GAA and .933 save percentage in those 16 games. That's a huge reason why the team avoided losing more than two games in a row all season long (including the start of the playoffs) and didn't lose back-to-back games in regulation even once. With Holtby's help, the Caps have put together a sparkling record of 20-2-3 after a loss since the beginning of the season.

Just keep that trend rolling tonight, boys, and you'll be on your way to Round 2.
