1050 - Number of NHL wins that will be behind the benches tonight in Anaheim when the Caps take on the Ducks. Saturday night against the Bruins was Barry Trotz's 650th win, and two victories earlier he passed Ron Wilson (who coached both the Caps and the Ducks) for ninth place in all-time NHL regular season coaching wins.

On the other side of the glass is Bruce Boudreau, who became the fastest coach to 400 regular-season wins in NHL history with his team's 3-2 victory over LA. Boudreau hit the 400-win mark in just 663 games, eclipsing the great Scotty Bowman's previous record by 17 games.

201 of those wins were earned in his first NHL coaching gig... our very own Washington Capitals.
