Capitals vs. Jets Third Period Thread

New, comments

It's a backhander party here at Verizon, folks! Grab your coworkers and tell them something passive-aggressive!

TJ Oshie scored the first goal of the period off a roaring fabled lion of a play by Andre Burakovsky, who blasted a shot off of Michael Hutchinson, chased up his own rebound, looped behind the net, and found a waiting Oshie on the doorstep. Oshie hit the three-wheel motion with a nifty little forehand-backhand move, and it was 2-0 Capitals.

Then, later on, the capitain Alex Ovechkin got in on the backhand rebound action himself, beating a sprawling Hutchinson to give the Caps a 3-0 cushion like a trifecta of ottomans.

It's 3-0 Capitals after two.

Third period ahead...
