The Noon Number: Easing into the Season

1 - Number of games played by the Capitals, the fewest in the League so far, with 13 teams having already appeared in three games (and many of them gearing up for a fourth tonight). The Caps were one of three teams (with Anaheim and Florida) that had to wait until October 10 to kick off their season, and have yet to play another game since. That will thankfully change when the Caps host the Sharks tonight - the first of three games in five nights.

And hey, even with just one game under their belt... they've already got more wins than half the Division.
