...the number of points for John Carlson in 2013-14, trailing Mike Green by one point for the lead among Caps' defensemen. That matches a career high set in Carlson's first full season back in 2010-11, and he established new career-high numbers in goals (10, which led all Caps' blueliners and accounted for roughly a third of the total goal production from the defense) and power-play goals (five).
