- Prospect update:
- Andre Burakovsky is pointless so far in the second round but the Erie Otters are up two games to none vs. the Soo Greyhounds. They play again tonight at 7pm. If the Otters advance, they will play the winner of London Knights/Guelph Storm, currently tied one-all.
- Newly-signed Madison Bowey is 1-2-3, +1 and the Kelowna Rockets are 2-0 in their second round series vs. Steve Konowalchuk's Seattle Thunderbirds. Game 3 is Tuesday night in Seatown.
- Defenseman Garrett Haar has one assist and +3 in the Portland Winterhawks' second-round series w/ the Victoria Royals. The Hawks lead the series 2-0 and will play Game 3 tonight at 10pm Eastern.
- Bowey and Haar will face each other in the Western Conference Finals if both of their teams advance.
- Travis Boyd and the Golden Gophers of Minnesota are prepping for the North Dakota
Fighting Siouxand the Phrozen Phour semiphinals, to be held in Philadelphia on Phriday. The winner will phace either Union or Providence for the national championship.
