Since the lockout (err, not the last one, the one before that), the worst point percentage belongs to the 2006-07 Flyers at .341. And since you’re wondering, the 2003-04 Caps ended up at .360.
All of this is to say that things almost certainly will get better for the 2013 Caps… right?
