For those who were not already aware, Saturday 1/17 against the Bruins is the next Caps On Tap.

What is Caps on Tap? Well its a 5 hour barcrawl around the Verizon Center with $2 Budweiser products available at

This is a great way to get reluctant non hockey fans to go to a game. Or maybe my friends are just more easily bribed with the promise fo cheap beer.  Either way its a good time. My friend who I have season tickets with and I have a group of 35 people going with us, many of whom will be making their first trip to the Verizon Center this season.

If you already have a ticket for the game, you can get a wrist band at the registration table the day of the game starting at 2pm.
