Per KK, the Lightning have claimed Matt Pettinger off of re-entry waivers.He'll join Olie Kolzig, Jeff Halpern and Jamie Heward (who was recently sent down) as former Caps in the Bolts organization, leading one to speculate that perhaps they'll place a call to Glen Hanlon once they fire Barry Melrose.
