The Caps have released details on their annual Development Camp, which will run from June 28 through July 2 this week and will feature their last two first-round draft picks (Lucas Johansen and Ilya Samsonov), as well as top prospect Madison Bowey and all of the team’s 2015 and 2016 draft picks.
