Tommy recently used the Capitals’ pick in the SB Nation Mock Draft on Alex Debrincat of the Erie Otters, so we’ll chat about him (does Debrincat’s skill make up for his small size?), who else the Caps might be looking at and whether they should even make the pick at all.
