I appreciate Ted’s candor with his team’s fanbase, but I don’t really dig on the way he barbs at his employees on his blog. It’s boring, but I really think I’d prefer to see:
“This is a huge disappointment, but we will do everything possible to make the necessary improvements to better honor the high expectations for ourselves that we share with our loyal fans.”
Cliche. Bland. But at least it’s not as catty.
