It will be tempting – very tempting – to hand over that red sweater and say “Welcome to Washington!”
But he needs to skate a lot and bulk up and get strong. He’ll have many more quality minutes in Hershey.
You perhaps knew me better as "Your Nation's Capital." Same great commentary, now with 100% more transparency!
I personally don’t find it tempting at all – but that’s mainly because I think Mackan and Eakin as 2/3C next season is a bad idea. Eakin could maybe get 4th line minutes, but I’d rather he get quality minutes at Hershey, like you suggested.
