• 1983-84 Quebec Nordiques (Clint Malarchuk, 10; Mario Gosselin, 2; Brian Ford, 1)
• 2003-04 Chicago Blackhawks (Craig Anderson, 6; Michael Leighton, 6; Adam Munro, 1)
