Poll: Do Caps Need a Coaching Change?

Gauging the Rink's Opinion on the coaching situation through 17 games. I know it's early.

I'm interested in taking the pulse of the most intelligent Caps fan community on the interwebs. Please post your justifications after voting. Also, who, if anyone is your front-runner for Boudreau's replacement? (I used this list by Dreger as a launching point)

My two cents: I believe Boudreau should be replaced and would make the move before new years to help the team integrate a new system. Boudreau is not a bad coach but it seems that he's done as much as he can with this group. GMGM gave him an upgraded set of weapons during the off-season and the team is still plagued by the same issues that have been Caps trademarks since he took over.

And no, this isn't a knee jerk reaction to the Winnipeg loss. This team has been either outworked or at least matched in intensity level for 10 straight games now. Yet another data point suggesting that nothing has changed or will changed so long as he's bench boss.

I'd look at Bob Hartley, Guy Carbonneau or Kirk Mueller as potential replacements.
