That was never a question. JVR was a lock to be a keeper. The only debate was Ennis/Hedman.

i agree with the call, but i’m surprised you didn’t shop hedman given his name value. and i guess partly i thought you’d keep him despite the projections since you’d targeted him in the kovy trade.

He was on the block. Nobody had interest. He wasn’t the target in the Kory trade and I’m not just gonna hang on to a sunk cost. Maybe he takes a step forward this year, but beyond his draft spot he hasn’t been anything special.
