Hello again, my brothers and sisters! Russell and I return to the interwaves with a new episode of JRR at our usual time of 10am Eastern. It's been a slow week for the Washington Capitals on the ice, post-Winter Classic, but there are quite a few critical issues for this team in transition to address in the second half of the 2010-11 campaign: the power play struggles; refining the trap for this Caps' team; getting the (still) Young Guns back on track; and the development of those young centers Messrs. Mathieu Perreault and Marcus Johansson. I'll also throw out there my new -- I think -- nickname for Matt Hendricks.
