Interesting to note: through 42 games last year, they were at 12 in this metric.

Very interesting.

It might be good to a comparison on team stats from last year to this year at the halfway…..maybe we are all just spoiled brats.

“hmmmm” again…I may not understand what this stat means other than the obvious Player X, Y or Z isn’t scoring but how much is it hurting us compared to this point last season.

Here’s to Player X, Y and Z having a decent 2nd half. (crosses fingers)

We’re only one off where we were in this metric last season?

I think we may be just spoiled brats. ;-) That 14-game win streak last season made us all have higher expectations…

Worth noting – the streak produced 8 of those 31 games.

There is no problem a hammer cannot either fix or make irrelevant.

I wonder if this is all young guns slumping at the same time or just one or two slumping and affecting the others. For example, if Ovie doesn’t score it’ll definitely have an effect on Backys point’s production and vice versa. I leaning that the problem is mainly Backstrom, although it’s just a gut feeling, I have no stats to test my hypothesis. Hope he get it together soon.
