I think if the Capitals replace Steve Kolbe with a better play by play person, their radio broadcasts could be much better.  Listening to Kolbe makes me nervous and confused.  You never have any idea what's going on on the ice because his play by play is a mess. He screams at mundane things so you never know if it's really something important.  He's just about the worst hockey play by play guy in the business.  I remember the days of Ron Webber, who was so solid and clear. He painted a perfect picture of the action.  He added informative commentary at the appropriate time and was an A+ kind of guy. Now we have this bonehead, over anxious, mess of an play by play guy and it's just plain hard to listen to.  Sorry, for the post because I know it's negative. But, Kolbe is horrible and we deserve better.  Thank you.
