I’ve long waited for this day, where unWise exposes himself as the moron he is. I love sweet, sweet irony in this story. Hell, I might be able to read the Post’s sports section for a month.

To me, his suspension is more telling of the Post’s acceptance of new media. Wise may have intended his actions to denigrate Twitter, but the Post recognized that a) it is an acceptable source of information for many people, and b) so long as Wise had “www.washingtonpost.com” listed as his webpage, he was acting as a Post writer who put out a false story – even if it was less than 140 characters.

^ That sums up my feelings in only 23 characters.

CSN and 106.7 should do the same. A full Wise-free month would be astounding in DC.

And they could just do it every year…

Now where am I going to get my mid-day Caps coverage, interviews with players and informed discussion about how the Caps’ 2C issues are getting blown out of proportion? First Lisa Hillary leaves, and now this?

He’s a smug little man who thinks he knows more than you. That drives my main dislike for the guy. I hope he enjoys his time off.
