Well, Japers’ is clearly #1 amongst the blogs being voted on, but there’s simply no competition for “Man Getting Hit By Football”.

Japers’ has great analysis and a great community, but Football in the Groin has a football in the groin.

WASHINGTON – Even when talking about chicken wings and pizza, WTOP is all for healthy competition when it comes to “Best Of.”

But blatant voter rigging, as was the case with the “Best Local Blog” competition, has led to a Web site being disqualified. (Yes, this happened a few weeks ago with “Best Chicken Wings”)

So, we have decided to wipe the slate clean and start the unscientific poll over again with a Top 9. Voting is open until 12:01 a.m. Friday.
