I know the Stanley Cup Finals haven't wrapped up yet, but I was thinking about starting some discussion for the direction we want to take the league, and get some discussion in on some general ideas from as many people who want to contribute.

First things first,  I want to seriously thank everyone who participated, from just an idea, to actually playing, and a special thanks to the lurkers who played.  I had a blast running the first season, and I hope to have more fun (and success in the standings) in future seasons.

The current things that we have going is our league is four divisions of five teams each, and we play head to head match ups.  The match ups were not determined by division or any process other than random.  The recorded categories were goals, assists, +/-, PIMs (in a positive light), PPGs, Average time on ice, and shots on goal for skaters, as well as Wins, GAA, and Sv% for goaltenders.

Now, I'm open to changing just about anything as long as there's a consensus, and I'd even be open to having two leagues going (But the second league would likely require a second commish).  But, anyway, let's start talking, and we'll go from there.  All ideas welcome - even if you didn't participate in the league.
