WASHINGTON - The Nuclear Security Summit that will be held Monday and Tuesday is expected to impact everybody -- commuters, pedestrians and businesses -- both inside and outside of the District. Diplomats and their motorcades are expected to start arriving on Sunday, which could impact Caps fans attending the game. Just a heads-up!
