So I made a couple bets with you guys regarding the 'Canes making the playoffs.
Fehr and Balanced and I have a carbomb wagered. And who was it that I bet the fun of having to change the other's avatar for a while month?
I'm about to close the books after tonight. Anyone else wanna' get in on this? Maybe someone having to wear a "I <3 Crosby" tshirt to the next game?

Am I to understand you believe the Canes will make it to the Playoffs this year? If that’s the case, name your price, I’m in.
We could just do a carbomb by default. I’ve never gone to any rink meetings while watching games but if I’m already going to have to come out of the dark to pay for one…
Sold. And for the record I haven’t been to one yet either. Though between you and D’oh it’s already shaping up to be a good evening.
I’ll bet you a carbomb that the Canes don’t make the playoffs if it’s not too late!

They are in 14th in the division. 8 points out with the 8 seed holding a game in hand. And they need to jump 6 teams to do it. Not. Happening.

Doesn’t really matter to me who we face in the first round. If we can’t beat the Canes then we don’t deserve the cup
If the Caps can’t beat the four teams they need to to win the Cup, they they don’t deserve the Cup.

Team that worries me most this postseason...
Tampa Bay, Followed closely by Ottawa. I know it sounds crazy, when I could have said Pittsburgh, New Jersey, Buffalo, I chose the team that’s not even in the 8th seed yet, but if they win the majority of their remaining games and Boston and Philly start losing (which is very likely), we might be playing the Bolts in the first round, and they are giving us problems this year.
