Was that an actual entry?
"The Caps fan doesn't say, 'is the glass half full' or 'is the glass half empty'. He wonders when the glass is going to spill."
Non-commital (of course), but at least the media has gotten wind of it.

Things that make me happy

Number of games the Washington Capitals have lost by more than one goal in 2010:

I wonder how Walker, Metro Ranger, got to the game tonight…

Haha, the only thing I knew about Walker before he came to the Caps was the cheapshot against Boston last year. So I was a little reserved in him coming here, but after reading the articles about him loving the Metro (and him scoring a couple goals for us of course), I don’t think I could ever be mad at the guy.
I was thinking that surely one of his new teammates could have offered him a ride, but then I thought maybe he just wanted to try it out.
Would’ve been funnier if he went in an Ovie jersey though.
Now helping to keep an eye on all things Gr8 at Alex Ovetjkin.
Even funnier if he wore his own jersey and a newer Caps fan asked “who the heck is Walker?” Honestly though, I wouldn’t want to drive through DC either.
He doesn’t have a car yet I don’t think. I’m surprised he hasn’t rented.
If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

The article about how excited he was to take the metro was really cute. I was surprised, too, that he and his wife don’t have separate cars. I’m sure he needs to get his bearings about the city before he wants to try and drive there.

I suppose jerseys for pro athletes are like costumes for actors — you’re not allowed to touch it unless you’re actually dressing for a game (or team event); it is the team’s property and up until pregame it’s the equipment manager’s responsibility.

Sad that I can’t watch the game where I live. Are there any online options other than paying to watch it on the NHL gamecenter? I love it when I can watch the games on Yahoo.

BB continues to have fun with all the possible combinations. 55, 74, 18 scratches tonight, enven though the J had a great set-up pass to flash for the game winner on wednesday.
One play doesn’t mean anything in the grand scheme of things, though Carlson doesn’t necessarily deserve a scratch, it’s probably just his turn in the rotation.
I should have saved my old signature. Oh well!
As mentioned before, he does need to sit a few if he wants to remain Calder-eligible next year.
I have a C on my heart.
yeah, i understand that. just shows that BB is really giving everyone a chance here. I can’t see him picking a final roster soon though (i swore i read somewhere that he would have a roster very soon) . I think it’ll take till the last 5 games before he gets everything set, lines and all.
yo!
