Caps Prospect Update
Landskrona Citadel (Landskrona, Sweden) via upload.wikimedia.org
Let's see how the Caps' farmhands are doing:
Stefan Della Rovere had 1 goal, 1 assist, and 2 PIMs in two Barrie Colt wins this weekend. He also got 5 points for the victorious Eastern team at the OHL All-Star Game.
Dmitry Kugryshev is threatening for the QMJHL scoring title and Patrick Roy is pleased.
Marcus Johansson is among the nominees for an award from his hometown of Landskrona for Best (ex-pat) Pro Athlete. We'll find out if he won at the big Landskrona Sports Gala on April 9!
BTW, Landskrona is now on my want-to-see list. Interestingly, it's roughly as much Danish as it is Swedish. So Mackan is two kinds of Viking!

Well done. I keep waiting for Eakin’s numbers to tail off. I’m not complaining that its not happening.

Agreed. Eaken really looks like an immediate steal, just like SDR did last year. Obviously his size and his concussion history is always going to hang over him but with his skating he should be able to be a regular NHL player. I’m really excited to see how he develops.
Great stuff, YNC.
Killer_Carlson and Steckel Me Elmo are like brothers to me. And when I say brothers I don't mean like actual brothers. I mean it like how black people use it, which is more meaningful, I think.
